The Cultural Performance of refugee’s

here is the act of dressing wounds. Movements of flight and displacement unfold globally. Refugee experiences are like a flood, flowing through countries and continents. The wounds of the refugees flow with them—until they are dressed. The experiences of flight are here intertwined and cast in plaster. As plastered parcels, they are knotted as witnesses to the journey of flight and displacement into the Matthew Church of Frankfurt. A tidal wave of wound dressings flows through both the church and society.
